Marketing Communication Specialist

Responsibilities:

. Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends and organic followers.

. Manage communication with partners and Local Media Partners (Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Medan)

. Lead, plan and execute Monthly Marketing Campaigns including Digital, Social, Event, Influencers, and PR.

. Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

. Brainstorming ideas for new campaigns and coordinating with other departments to produce effective strategies and User Journey. 

Requirements:

. Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking.

. Proven project management skills.

. Know-how of User Behaviour from the Target Market

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Hunter mentality and 'No fear' approach to prospecting Media Partners (Jakarta, Bali, Medan, and Surabaya) + KOL and Influencers

. Outstanding multitasking abilities. Good team player and Self-starter
