1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

2. Publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action (Feed and Instastory)

3. Make efforts to maintain interaction with the audiences on social media (reply to comments, DMs, etc.)

4. Create editorial calendars with Caption and images also timeline posting.

5. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information. 

6. Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions


1. Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Minimum 3 years of experience. 

2. Excellent writing, analysis, communication skills, and Update with Trend (Viral)

3. Have a high interest in making creative content, such as infographics, reels/TikTok, & video stories.

4. Having experience in the field of social media community management is a bonus.

5. Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

6. Fluency in English
