Responsibilities:

· Uses direct email outreach and call campaigns to generate demand and interest in the markets.

· Sources and schedules demos with qualified leads

· Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.

· Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases daily in the internal system (Hubspot)

· Owns a pipeline of the lead's initial stage, assigns the lead's product to the product PIC through an internal system

· Proactively push generated leads through the pipeline

· Secure information by completing database backups.

· Arrange, document, and organize sales clients' administrative correspondence

· Ensure sales operations follow internal service process and procedures (Service Blueprint)

· Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a reputable university (Indonesia or abroad)

· Postsecondary degree in business or marketing is a plus

· At least 1 year of customer service experience at a medium to a high growth company and/or 1 year of experience in lead generation sales

· Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, requiring very minimum supervision

· Have an excellent command of administrative skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills

· Self-motivated, results, and goal-oriented team player

· Display a love of structure, process, and documentation.

· Able to demonstrate success and metrics in previous call campaigns and lead generation

· Fluent in English is a must
