Job Description
- Achieving overall sales and occupancy targets for the company.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans.
- Compiling and analyzing data and metrics to support business decisions in the market. Report daily, weekly, monthly sales numbers.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and sales channels, and building and closing a strong sales pipeline.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the Hub spot database.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relative field.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple levels of management, other teams, and clients.
- Customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa.
- Computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
